The view from our room was absolutely stunning, with a fantastic sight of the sea. Being just a short stroll to the beach and nearby restaurants made our stay very convenient. I really appreciated having our own beach club to relax at, especially after days spent exploring the local attractions like the National Reef Park.

The location is excellent , with quick access to the beach and local dining options easily within walking distance. The on-site beach club is perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring.

Some maintenance issues were evident in my room, which detracted from the overall experience. Limited staff presence made it challenging to address certain inconveniences.

This hotel offers lovely beach access, along with staff who genuinely care. The sounds of the waves and birds made my stay feel like paradise.

The beach access was exceptional, making it easy to unwind just steps from my room. Enjoying chocolate muffins for breakfast was a delightful treat, and the jazz music in the restaurant created a relaxed atmosphere. However, there were several maintenance issues in the room that detracted from the experience, including an outdated bathroom and poor water pressure. Additionally, while the staff was generally friendly, service could be slow during peak hours, causing some frustration.

this was my second stay in puerto morelos, and hotel & beach club ojo de agua exceeded my expectations. i loved the beauty of the beach access and the energy of the staff, especially alberto. the location was perfect for enjoying the local nightlife and exploring nearby restaurants.

Lovely beach area for relaxation.

The room felt unsafe due to a damaged door, and I was disturbed all night by a loud party outside my room. The staff was unresponsive when I reached out for help, which added to my frustration. Overall, the lack of security and poor communication left me feeling very disappointed during my stay.

Had an amazing time with friends, enjoying the beautiful beach access and vibrant atmosphere. We spent a day exploring the nearby National Reef Park and the local cenotes. The staff were attentive, making our stay enjoyable, and the beach club was perfect for unwinding after our adventures. Don't miss the breakfast treats at the restaurant!

Additionally, the restaurant's espresso machine was loudly dysfunctional, creating a deafening atmosphere during breakfast. Finding the hotel proved tricky. the lack of clear signage meant we had to ask locals for directions.
